International Conference on Digital Business Innovation and Technology Management (ICONBIT 2027) hosted by Universitas Negeri Surabaya and will be held in Surabaya, Indonesia (Hybrid), on 27-18 October 2027. ICONBIT 2027 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on various advances in informatics and its applications. This conference provides an opportunity for academic and industrial professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the areas of informatics, computer science, information systems, information technology, and software engineering. The conference aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to share innovative ideas, cutting-edge research findings, and practical solutions in the rapidly evolving field of informatics. We encourage submissions that address both theoretical foundations and practical applications across various domains of technology. In addition, the conference will publish high-quality papers related to various theories and practical applications in informatics. Furthermore, we expect that the conference and its publications will trigger further research and technological improvements in this important subject. We are committed to making 2025 2nd BTS-I2C a conference of high quality and integrity. All manuscripts from our last conference The 2024 1st BTS-I2C have been published in International Conference, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence and ensuring wide dissemination of research outcomes.

We invite researchers to submit original research papers for presentation at the conference. Papers should address theoretical or practical issues in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Registration payments are made via EDAS using a credit card at an exchange rate of US dollars. Confirmation is automatic because it uses the EDAS system. If your payment is successful, the status will change to "PAID".

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Each abstract must be divided into the following key components, that also a strong abstract, there consist of:

  • Background, Motivation and Objective.
  • Statement of Contribution/Methods.
  • It is recommended that the "result" include at least some quantified result already achieved.
  • Consist of a single paragraph up to 250 words, with correct grammar and unambiguous terminology.
  • Be self-contained. No abbreviations, footnotes, references, or mathematical equations.
  • Highlight what is novelty in your work.
  • Include 3-5 keywords or phrases that describe the research to help readers find your article.

PLAGIARISM POLICY

Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g., tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation.

We define the maximum plagiarism of 20% similarity is acceptable.

We are very serious about the Plagiarism Content; we accept only original articles, unpublished or under consideration for publication elsewhere. The article may be rejected any time if found plagiarized.

Similarity Check: Each paper submitted in EDAS is checked using iThenticate. Final submission with a similarity rate higher than 20% will no longer be considered for publication.

All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process by 3 reviewers. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on the average score and the comments given by the reviewers. The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers' comments, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Review Process

All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process. The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers' comments, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Final Manuscript Preparation (CAMERA-READY)

Uploading final manuscripts for accepted papers is essentially the same as uploading your review manuscript. Do NOT register a new paper. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE TITLE AND AUTHORS ENTERED ARE CORRECT BEFORE PERFORMING THESE STEPS.

  • Prepare your final manuscript according to the comments from the reviewers.
  • Please make sure the formatting follows International Conference Conference style templates (4–6 pages, two columns, A4-size page).
  • Make sure that your paper does not contain any page numbers.
  • Extra pages up to 8 pages are allowed with an additional charge.
  • The additional charge is USD40 per page for papers exceeding 6 pages.
  • In EDAS, go to My papers and click on the link under “Upload paper” to submit your final International Conference Xplore-compliant PDF.

Publication Details

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into International Conference Xplore digital library (in process). However, no guarantee that the content will be published in Xplore®️ and indexed in Scopus. International Conference reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including International Conference Xplore Digital Library.

Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in an article (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any article submitted to a publication. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the article that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content.

The use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is common practice and, as such, is generally outside the intent of the above policy. In this case, disclosure as noted above is a must.

DATA AVAILABILITY STATEMENT

If there is a data set associated with the paper, the author should be able to provide information about where the data supporting the results or analyses presented in the paper can be found. Where applicable, this should include the hyperlink, DOI or other persistent identifier associated with the data set(s).
